RETURN POLICY
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All items wanting to be returned must be emailed to support@gc555.net with a copy of the invoice, item being returned and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return postage. Thus, we do not issue return labels.
*There are NO cash refunds...
Furthermore, please note items cannot be returned due to the shipping method. For example, if you fail to receive an item within a specific time frame. We will not allow the return because it didn’t get to you on time.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS AT ANY TIME?
We are happy to accept returns for store credit ONLY within 5 days of receipt of purchase as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and is smoke, deodorant and perfume free. After 5 days, returns will be denied. Additionally, you will be required to pay to have items shipped back to you if they are sent to us outside of your 5 day grace period. Please note that items not claimed within 21 days will be donated.
CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM I PURCHASE?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: swimwear, bodysuits, bralettes, sale items, & items more than 25% off. Any items returned that have been washed, worn and without the invoice will be a denied return.
DO I GET MY MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT?
Accepted returned items will be issued a store credit for the purchase price (minus discounts used) and not including shipping costs. Please include your invoice or we will be unable to process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days once your package has arrived at our facility for store credit processing. Once a refund has been processed your credit should appear within 5-10 business days.
WHAT IF IT IS PAST 5 DAYS?
Items returned past the 5 day grace period policy will NOT be credited. They will be shipped back to you at your own expense. Return postage is your (the customer's) responsibility. Thus, we do not issue return labels.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item at support@gc555.net .
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are unable to facilitate exchanges as we cannot guarantee items will be available. With this being said, you will need to create a new order with the item you would like and you will be credited once the original returned item arrives at our facility.
